Refund policy

First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days if no managed proposal has been delivered. Renewals and partially used terms are non-refundable except where law requires otherwise. Approved refunds, chargebacks, and payment disputes suspend the related entitlement immediately. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and normally leaves access active through the already-paid term.

Submit the Stripe receipt identifier through support. Never send card numbers.
