Business terms

Effective August 21, 2026. These terms are issued by Denis Miclea, Canada, and apply only to business and professional use of SiliconForge.

Authority and subscription

You represent that you may bind the purchasing business. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Access limits, devices, and AI-unit quotas are stated on the pricing page. Access ends at the paid-term boundary after cancellation and may be suspended immediately after failed payment, refund, dispute, abuse, or security compromise.

Your material and responsibility

You retain rights in material you submit. You must have authority to send it to the managed service. AI proposals may be incomplete, insecure, infringing, or incorrect. You remain solely responsible for engineering review, verification, safety, export, regulatory, and production decisions. A passing tool check is evidence, not a warranty.

Acceptable use

Do not evade quotas, share installation credentials, attack the service, upload secrets unrelated to the engineering request, violate third-party rights, or use the service unlawfully. Do not rely on SiliconForge for life-safety systems without independent qualified review.

Service and liability

The service is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular design. To the maximum extent permitted by law, aggregate liability is limited to subscription fees paid during the preceding twelve months; indirect and consequential damages are excluded. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Changes and termination

Material changes are published with release notes and an effective date. Continued use after that date accepts them. Either party may terminate; outstanding payment and provisions intended to survive remain effective.
