This license applies only to original SiliconForge product code and assets. It
does not replace the licenses of third-party components listed in the SBOM and
third-party notices.

Subject to a current paid subscription and the published Business Terms, Denis
Miclea grants the subscribing business a limited, non-exclusive,
non-transferable right to install and use SiliconForge on the licensed number
of devices for its internal business purposes. You may make one archival copy. After online activation, paid local operations may continue offline through the verified paid-term expiry of the signed, installation-bound lease. This does not renew the subscription or prevent revocation upon a definitive online check. After paid access ends, you retain the limited right to open, view, export and safely recover existing work; this exception does not authorize new paid engineering operations.

You may not resell, sublicense, share activation credentials, bypass service or
device limits, remove notices, or use the software to provide a competing
hosted service. Reverse engineering is prohibited only to the extent permitted
by applicable law. Statutory rights and rights granted by third-party licenses
are not restricted.

The software and AI output are provided as available and require independent
